Notoorjus: Whee, sprite art! You get tons of points for that alone. I've got to say, though, the helmet looks wrong. A bit too straight, plus the outline is way too dark. That'll be 8/10 then.

Anyway, I've given Notoorjus a grade, so I'll go for NumbersAndNoise then. Hmm... Looks a lot like the hand of someone playing the guitar, and as Notoorjus said, it does have an artistic feel. Ah, whatever, I'll give you an 8 as well (that's my third rating given, and my third 8). A bit hard to see, but I like it.

i liked your other one, clean and simple, not sure about the graphic though.

with this one providing i never saw the other i would rate it a 6/10. While there is nothing at all wrong with it, to me, it really doesn't stand out and leave a lasting impression of "whos" icon that is.

Yeah.

I have always used ryodoan as my screen name for pretty much everything and for the first several forums I was active on I had some variation on a dragon image.

I had two paths I was traveling in making a new avatar, the first was a different (maybe better) tree avatar, and the other was a refresh of a dragon avatar.

I kinda suck at creating stuff from scratch so I tend to find imagines offline then edit them to fit my needs...

I think I will continue to refine it, see what I can come up with along either route.

BTW, VelvetFist inspired me to try something new with my avatar. The original design doesn't lend itself to much detail, but I was happy with the placement of the colors.

7/10. I understand and like that its in the style of the TF2 achievements, but it seems like there is a lot of open space to the bottom right, whereas Velvets is in the very center and it distributes more or less evenly.
