Ah I see. Ah well, that is a bit cheap. I was under the impression the person created it themselves. Valve might've thought that as well. As an original creation, it is very nice. As a copy-paste, it is pretty cheap.

Yeah well I see the point that YM is making. I spent plenty of time working on something I was hoping would have a chance. Artwork aside though, the one about the "Children" made me laugh no matter how bad it may have been. Who knows, maybe the less funny ones struck up some kind of inside joke with the Valve staff.

Sure some didn't deserve a prize persay, but think about it. I'm no good at mapping, yet I still choose to join in on some of the contests here. I'm sure plenty of people will agree. There are plenty of people who probably throw something in for s-a-g knowing they probably won't win because they know some person who is way better than them will win.

Trust me, I know...

Although I do want to at least get some kind of TF2 merch. I feel a bit lacking considering it's the game I spend the majority of my time playing.
