koth_tiftidtown - I duplicated my half of the "koth_zythetiftid_mc19_a1 incident".

For microcontest 19, me and zythe each made one half of a koth map, each unaware of the other's progress.

Out of the two of us, I definitely made the less sane half.
Please try to enjoy it.

-Fixed a few bugs and exploits such as a nonsolid fence near mid

-Lowered a fence on one of the approaches to mid to create an escape route for scouts and make the dropdown less safe

-Downgraded the medium ammo pack in the house to small to make engineer slightly less overpowered when your team has control of mid

-Spawn is now slightly closer to the control point, and near-impossible to effectively spawncamp

-The roof over the lobby is no longer accessible to all classes

-Slightly increased the amount of health and ammo available to attackers

-I have developed an unhealthy obsession with lighting
