I interpreted their question as asking about the last issue of the "Team Fortress Comics" series, which began with Ring of Fired and was last seen in "Old Wounds" on August 31st 2015. Since then there have been two standalone comics for Halloween (2015) and Meat your Match, which is where I think you got your figure.
