Basically, the error message implies that the game is trying to load a model that isn't precached.
This usually isn't possible with any kind of custom content installation, so it implies that something deeper is going wrong.
You may be using a custom prop that's corrupted or otherwise... fucked in some way, but the much more likely notion to me is that you simply have some kind of leak or similar compile error in your map.

If it's a leak, go to File > Load Pointfile:
1699739420852.png

This will draw a red line in your map. Following that line will lead to a hole in your map which exposes it to the infinite void beyond.

If it's not a leak, generally apply common sense.
Any brushes that might be "fucked" could be the cause of the problem.
Common examples are:
  • Brushes created using Carve
  • Brushes created by being too trigger-happy with the Slice tool
  • Brushes that are smaller than a 1x1x1 unit cube

You should have a pointfile after you try compiling the map. If you don't, then it probably isn't a leak and you should start looking for fucked brushes.
