Somewhat of a plug in there, though it would be nice if it had the official line, "Your #1 Custom TF2 Resource Site"

And yes, Roswell has the two contest posters in it (I believe, its been a while since I looked around the red base in that map).

Indeed it does because they weren't initially made for the contest, they just happened to be a requirement so cp_bloodstained and cp_spywinder and cp_stag also have them in.
