What bullshit. I hate advertisements like this. Common scare/shock tactics that should be deemed illegal and punishable.
that´s why that kind of degree of belief is 100% disgusting it seems that they are none better than nazis, saying their truth is the only one and everyone not living up to their standard is a wrongful being why do these assholes think they have to defend themselves? this billboard ain´t a defence, it´s insulting and idiotic
Godwin point ! ...Yeah, this ad is retarded, but let's not go to extremes there, they haven't started mass murdering people who disagree with them, have they ?
i believe people who make ads like this wouldn´t see a bad thing in a 2nd inquisition or holy wars... it´s a small step from seing someone as not equal to seing his life as not worth being.
What's funny is you'd get a lot more outraged people by putting up a billboard that just said "Atheism" with nothing else on it. Our society is built on the most wonderfully stupid double standards.
it´s just scary how low the amount of self-reflection is, checking back if what you are doing is not contradicting to what you are teaching, and if they are aware of how stupid and illogical their adverts are or if they truely believe what they print
First off, I'm not sure. I've never met the kid with the gun. Chances are I don't matter much to him, but that doesn't mean he'd kill me. Even if he has a gun. And who said no one matters to him just because he doesn't believe in God? Really, some ads like that have sensible points to make (regardless of how they all treat their beliefs as fact), but this makes no sense at all. Shock campaigns should make good points if they're going to shock anyone.
How can some people be so narrow-minded. Religious beliefs were the old-fashioned explanation for things that couldn't be explained at the time, but now they can, only tradition appears to keep religion alive.
Just to step in, makes sure to keep it all civil as seems always any "religion" topic on any forum seems to turn to worse. /carry on.
God shouldn't be a commodity...why must they advertise...facepalm.... i dont really believe in the whole religion thing but im glad im not part of something that feels obligated to advertise a faith...even though this kind of thing has been around forever...
