Just an idea, maybe the forum can have a chatbox for banter / general chatting at the top of the forum?

We had a brief discussion on it awhile ago [ame=http://forums.tf2maps.net/showthread.php?t=1302]here[/ame], but it really just comes down to being redundant to the steam chat.

I notice the link to it mentioned there does not actually exist anymore, so if you don't know about our chat then here

Lol, you must be from the ESG. That chat only got used when 2 good friends were on it, otherwise, it was mostly filled with lonely people spamming or talking to themselves..

Yea, with the Steamchat in full gear and pretty much the official TF2maps communual place it'll only get spammed to hell with silly comments. Then by Christmas the novelty will ware off and no one will post bar once a month when someone gets a hat.
