Bonzo not appearing

Any time I load Bonzo (or models/props_halloween/big_top_mouth.mdl) he never appears? is it something wrong with the map or the way I placed him? Bonzo is a super cool and one of a kind prop and I hope its not broken.

make sure you have it set as a prop_dynamic
