arena_14bit_72 - a second map in 72 hours, originally designed in 2016

i designed this as a second entry for the Jam in 2016(?) but the power went out 5 minutes into my stream so it never got made.

I was happy with how this played, so just some small changes and tweaks for now!

• Changes to some cover/buildings
  
• Clipping fixes
• Displacement changes
• Added some textures
• Lighting improvements
