No custom HDR texture yet... I'm still not entirely happy with how the skybox looks and plan to possibly revise it at a later date.
If there's already a skyboxified truck model (such as props_hydro\dumptruck) then please link me to it, or tell me the model name if it already comes with hammer and ABS's resource pack.

I have an in game event where a UFO flies over my map. That in itself is a prop_dynamic parented to a func_tracktrain. As my map is set during the day with a bright overhead sun, the UFO passes between the sun and the ground. For the effect to work, I need it to cast a shadow down onto the map...
I am trying to make a skybox for my map, but I end up getting the void effect where my skybox should be.

I was thinking of using this skybox in a map I am making, but since it was created for the “Target” training map which is well illuminated with non-environmental light entities, it has no prior used environmental light values attached to it (at least none recorded on the dev wiki).

I'm new to mapping but when I try to use a skybox of a map, the skybox just show through everything making the map unplayable. anyone know whats up with that?
Uploaded before the cutoff for the Connect-5 contest. Skybox made with intent for a snowy Japanese setting, but is not limited to such.
Zip includes textures and a VMF containing light_environment, fog, shadow, and tonemap settings.
