Well, yeah, since it's a remake of a tfc map it's obvious that there are other versions around.
Mine has an egyptian arabic theme, my point is not to just port the map, but make all the necessary edits to make it fit in the tf2 gameplay

Yeah, I was thinking about eliminating some of the containers around Blu base in favor of buildings of some sort, but I wasn't quite sure how to approach that. The map is supposed to be basically a container unloading area, and the reference pictures show those to be flat and fulla containers.
I suppose I can possibly do something around the fence, but I'll have to take a look at it. That would add some height variation to the area as well; the spawns are the only area without a "high" and "low" ground.

Worked on this all day, and old idea that I started once and never continued on. Really been wanting to do it so today was the day.

Pretty well aligned, baked...but needs texture details. Less spec. And possibly paintable. Thinking classic copper and Liberty Dyed (the hair will be paintable) for styles.
Probably just call it Liberty Spikes.

This is very much still a WiP Lighting much be fixed, it is a nighttime map (WILL be a nighttime map) It called koth_.... uhm... hum... :bored: Anyways, lighting is not finished at all. Its so bad as of now. Displacements need to be fixed, a lot... Check it out. :)

The lights look too bright in my opinion.

-Without downloading and giving feedback only based these images-

Overall good lightning but I think the buildings could use more shadows in the play areas. Also what's with the blocky light on the walls (first image)? Final image shows that you only have 1 route from spawn to the middle and might have huge sightlines from windows which open towards the middle. Also is there somewhere a door to block players getting into each others spawns? At the moment it looks easy to camp enemys spawn.
