That was... different. Yeah it has deep meaning, but, no matter how much we help third world countries shit like this will still be around. Hell, I'd rather fix the problems my home country has first, and then move on. Poverty exists everywhere, people dying exist everywhere. Surely it's easier to start closer to home, to fix as many of our problems first, and then move on. One step at a time.

Ok just a question.

If the whole thing is the video why is there a skip video button?

I guess we know what gender designed this lol

I disagreed with the first one, then skipped the video, took me about 10 seconds.
Edit: Wait, whatever I click it tries to show me the video?
Double edit: Just watched the video and it did seem very sexist/patronising, it seemed to suggest that having a girl in the local council would magically solve all problems.

Well of course it has to be sexist. No matter how we all think the genders still arn't equal, and government is just one of the reasons.

I remember a story about a woman who joined the army and threatened to sue them for prejudice if they didn't treat her as an equal by letting her train on the male obstacle courses and regimes. So they let her, several of her bones warped, fractured or broke completely and tore a number of her ligements to boot. Then, she sue the army for letting her do it.

Ever since i've found the idea of true equality a complete and utter joke.

I don't mean to sound sexist or come across as making a derogatory statement but it's bloody obvious, for a number of reasons, that men are physically more adept than women. It's shocking that they have been let out of the kitchen and stopped washing our clothes and cleaning the house.

Anyway, that's a little off topic.

Yeah, but we're still better than Jupiter.

Jupiter has a lower infant mortality rate, much less poverty, starvation, child abuse, and abuse in general.
Way to be one-sided, jupiter is suing you for slander.

And by the way, most of the gender inequality is socially constructed. You ever see anyone taunting a girl for crying or showing feelings, and the whole "act like a girl" thing is entirely ridiculous. Gender =/= your personality.
I could post a full 2-page rant if you like.

I don't like things that attack me emotionally. I'd rather be presented with facts, not "oh no their starving and you're a bastard for not helping them."

i'm going to go up to a homeless girl, living on the streets of New York city.... and give her a cow.
