What you do when you don't like to map?

I just take large breaks between mapping when I can't see the point of finishing a map and I keep making the same mistakes. I just end up lurking around on the forums and joining in on playtests. But when I'm not mapping, I'm playing tf2 or just taking a break from it and playing other games like XCOM and Fallout and the occaisonal S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
