When you were young, you built a treehouse, you got up there with your GI Joes and flung them about. When they went over the ledge, they fell to their death, or at least until they were in pieces. This is where you're going to end up after playing in the Treehouse. Like to fly through the air, powered by explosions? You'd better be pro, or you're going to die like Snake-eyes, in a heap, on the ground. And you're gonna grit your teeth and rage, QQ about the map, the enemy, and above all the infernal Engineer who wanted only one thing: to punish you for daring to attempt to own the Treehouse.

So I like the concept, but if I were you I'd do a few things.
1) Learn to model, or request a good bridge model and tree model(s), then build brushes around them
2) Try not to take something from a valve map, thats mega minus kudos. Also, if you want something like the Granary CP then make the whole CP 'building' inside a tree trunk.
3) Get a legit tree texture

Good idea, but I think this will need a lot of good custom content to perfect it.

Also, on a side not: Alphas are when you first submit it to testing and are slowly building the map up/detailing the map.
Betas are after most of the testing, with detailing and finishing touches as the name of the game.

I hope it's been playtested already. I don't think you want to make major edits to the layout when it's this detailed.

(now i just have to figure out how to do models)

a few other questions:

is there any way in hammer to filter out all non tf2 textures??????
can anyone point me to a good source for textures in general?
