Made the map rainy and a bit brighter again because i was told the maps more unique that way however i get complaints that it doesnt feel like a halloween map, maybe i will have to get a custom darker alpinestorm skybox

Speed boost from underworld lasts as long as the kritz or uber you choose now You heal to full health after entering the underworld The map is dark like last time but stuff is actually visible now, atleast i think so.
