Cp_degroot_keep's flags, but now reskinned to flags of 13 countries, 2 cities, 2 provinces and 4 miscellaneous flags. To be used for world building, shameless patriotism or just some colourful decoration.

The flags include the countries: Germany, Italy, France, Australia, Finland, The Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Austria, Oman, Estonia, Scotland and Poland (added later).
The flags include the (Dutch) provinces: Groningen and Drenthe
The flags include the cities: Venice and Groningen
The miscellaneous flags are: RED and BLU team flags, pirate flag and racing flag

Note: the flags were originally meant for a specific map, therefore some obscure geographic locations are included
