• lowered point capture time from 4 to 3
• removed shutters on lower doors
• lowered catwalk spawn exit
• moved small ammo pack away from tower
  -this forces players low on ammo to either jump off the tower, or move into the side area
• adjusted values on the water_lod_control
• minor changes
