Modified layout on A so its easier to defend. Modified layout on C so its easier to attack. Time gained per capture decreased to 4:30. Intel respawn time after point capture increased to 15 seconds. Point capture now displays a message notifying players of the intel's respawn time. Fixed players sometimes getting stuck when spawning on Red's forward respawn. Various texture changes. Various optimization improvements.
