Main changes:

- 12 minute time limit added
- Flags captured respawn in 30 seconds
- Experimental respawn change: begins at 4 seconds and increases by 3 (max of 10) per capture
- Redesigned map center to allow direct access from base to base. This makes fighting multiple teams at once less likely.
- Fixed proper attire being assigned to the correct teams (uniform lockers now match team colors)
- Nets no longer let bullets and some projectiles phase through

A:
- Moved RED spawn closer to bridge
- fixed bridge resupply area portal
- fixed A spawn exit opening both doors at once
- flipped building and valley location on C side of bridge
- added crates and an extra building for cover
- Lightly artpassed some places
- Changed mini connector to C
- Removed pixel peek at valley fence

B:
- Removed breakable glass
- Added another pathway to D
- Shortened arena size slightly
- Intel room window entry lowered to require crouching to pass through
- Moved intel pickups inside flag room, see if it helps lone Engineers without feeling unfair for attackers
- Removed patio ladder
- Altered exits to C and D

C:
- Added second flank to 3rd floor at YLW spawn
- Added new F1 entrance at the warehouses
- Removed breakable glass
- Fixed spawn door z-fighting when open
- Lightly artpassed some areas
- added new spiral stairs at backside of C
- fixed some walls not reaching the floor
- adjusted pickups at back spiral
- clipped entry doors
- altered exits to A, B, and D

D:
- Rotated base by 90 degrees and expanded building size
- moved original flag room flanks apart
- moved spawn room closer to flag room
- reworked exterior base design
- reworked exits to A, B, and C
