But that dark stripe on the tiling tex is really distracting and obvious. But it's not at the bottom so I assume an 'align to bottom' could probably fix. Or maybe a fit x scale.

You'd think on a mapping forums people would assume stuff is optimized generally. If someone is having FPS issues THEN you question their optimization.

Ignoring that leak for a moment, those piles of wood and barrels look like you threw them there to fill space. Other than that, something seems off, but I can't quite place my finger on it.

Lookin' good, but those spotlights are pointing in some pretty weird angles, and I don't particularly like the ones on the whatever-they-ares, (the big pillars from ceiling to floor).

Yeah I must confess my lighting and texture alignments are all over the place in those screens. I'd just finished all the displacements (which took ages) and wanted to slap a screeny up.

I will sort both issues at some stage later on.

Only the wooden facade on the interior structure in the first screen. Other wise they look cool.

Nitpicks for yyler:

wood wall, bleh, should be concrete at bottom, brick up top imo

door #'s should be above/beside doors (someone might paint #'s on doors, but the decals don't show gaps between bendy metal pieces so looks weird) - nobody will notice in game anyway though

Most companies put their logo's OUTSIDE where they can be seen.

Attention sign too low to gather proper attention.

at the furniture store i work at they are painted on the 3 metal loading doors we have exactly like the overlays so SUCK IT

everything else is fairly valid and will be fixed or modified i think

Dont overdo the extra lights: i like the focus on the cap
