All of the stocking items are untradable.

I actually never opened mine from last year because I was nearly out of space and figured it was an easy way to keep multiple items stuffed into one. And now I'm curious... since they replaced the Tour of Duty Ticket with a Paint, will my stocking from last year also give me a paint when I open it?
