From my native spanish undestanding,shouldn't it be "Bienvenido a Cuba"?

Because in english you read that as "Welcome to THE Cuba". And I don't think that sounds good for you guys. :x

I'm no expert on TF2's art style, but I think the dark blue noise is a bit too detailed and realistic-looking for TF2. Maybe consider comparing them to Idolon's Kemptown roadsigns. (If I had a good close-up of them I'd put them here, but sadly I don't)
