Maybe sometime after this crazy Christmas season I'll make a list, and check it twice...
But you could try it yourselves using HlExtract on the GCFs, and then just doing a diff between the pre- and post-patch printouts.
That'd cover new/removed/renamed files, but not same-name-but-altered ones... which are unlikely for the most part. (PCFs jump out as a possible altered file, though.)
