Finally, after many requests (OK three requests), I've converted cp_triplet to the KOTH game mode. The layout is almost identical to the cp layout at this stage (minus the two extra points of course) so I'm looking for suggestions on how to make it a better KOTH layout.

This was the escapist contest entry yes? Looks nice my only comment would be to perhaps tone down the HDR a tad because it's quite luminous on the dirt in the second to last screeny.

Yup, it was originally a 3cp push map for a small tournament they had. Good call on the HDR.

Yeah it's been a bit of a struggle to optimise this map, it's something I have worked on a fair bit though. The map is basically cut into three big chunks and then the warehouse is wrapped with func_occluders.

I'd be interested to know if it is a lag monster on your machine or not.

Neither, it is well known fact that Tech has by far worst PC on TF2Maps.

Looks like you could use some lights on the underside of the catwalks overlooking the cap point on the left and right.
