I have to agree with Crash there. Anyone who has seen the incredibly long imp map lists ever since we had the jam will agree that the amount of people who found out about TF2Maps because of the contest and then stayed to provide more content is huge and easily more important than the amount of people who half-assed their way to a medal.

That being said, a way to show off on the medal how you got it (Ideally, the name of the content you submitted) would be pretty sweet. I know that i'm quite proud of my submission and absolutely would have used a description tag to show that i got it for koth_bloodshed if that was possible.

That'd be awesome if Valve could do that. The hard part would probably be specifying what each of us did. I made a freakin' animation in less than 9 hours, and i'd like to let people know that via the deacription (the animation, not the time taken to make it)

You'll most likely have to use tags for that - if valve have a system to describe loads of items differently automatically, they haven't shared it with us.
