Well it's the day of our first session. If you're going to try to make it, I need your character sheets by at most 4:00 PM EST (16:00 EST)

My character is a lumberjack.

Also, if you're a sorcerer you must have a monocle.

Nerdboy, I was able to get gametable working (RC7), here's the download link to the version I'm using.

However, maptool works fine as well, so whichever works the best--we should use.

After messing around with both, I like gametable more. It might have less bells and whistles, but it seems much more user friendly (which is just what we need).

Let's try to use maptool today. If things don't work out, we'll use gametable next time.

Why are you guys using Excel sheets? Why not make it simpler and have character sheets online so you don't have to download anything?

http://dndonlinegames.com/ Make an account, go to the top right and click on Tools, and then my Characters. Change it to 4E and BAM. Character Sheet that you just type crap into. Everything's automated, and it's useful.

That's always a general rule. Touching other people's stuff is mean and annoying.

We ended up playing with three players total, not including the DM. It's tough to describe what all happened, but I think I'm going to start writing a chronology of what's happened. I'll put up all the events I can remember later tonight.

Sorry I couldn't play with you guys after I delayed you for so long, but things just escalated between me and my brother (the one I kicked off) and I ended up getting grounded.

Ahh, damn. I would have joined this if I had seen it earlier. I've always wanted to play some DnD with a mature bunch of people.

I have a mic and stuff if you allow late joins. If not that's fine, if you keep up a chronicle of what happens I'll read it lol.
