Minigame Templates Edition

Added minigames template to the zip file. A guide pdf is included.

Other changes to the core gamemode logic include making adding/subtracting HUD points more robust.

Pre-alpha 3: Game Board Edition

Hey all you party people, this update adds in the new dynamic game board! Featuring forked path voting, board event spaces, coin spaces, and a trophy space.
If you want to see the board in action, simply send the following command:

ent_fire results_relay trigger

Also, for minigame contributers, I've updated the template guide with new minigame test commands.
