I think that is Gravelpit, taken from outside the boundaries at CP B.

I thought it was gravelpit at first too, but i don't ever recall there being that many large structures in the out of bounds area. Unless it was from outside the map, looking in, which would explain the nodraw face and perhaps why they white out the bottom of the image.

EDIT: Yea, it's gravelpit from the outside at B. Which explains the visible nodrawn face.

Damn, and i was hoping maybe it was a new map.
