Why anyone would want to permanently delete an item is beyond me. Why they would even add the feature is further beyond me.
Thankfully I can now delete my stats when all of the updates are released so I can reset all of my wonky records due to achievement farming.
Permanently delete items that can never be re-earned?
That's kind of... lame... or something...
I have no idea what to think.
i already see thousands of threads on the steamforums about people accidentally deleting items and begging to get them back
TF2 the MMO? I believe they might actually be going w/ a randomized item-drop. So you can probly pick up similar weapons w/ different stats. Also, wtf is w/ the the head-slot? Are we getting hats as well? And as many people have mentioned, this is a 4/20 update. So the guys at Valve might be flying a little bit.
Edit 1: I really don't know what to make of this;
Edit 2: 'Reset Stats' will also reset your play time, for some reason. User be warned.
Who's up for a raid on Gravelpit lair? Still need my lvl 10 shovel
Yeah, Backpack needs a big, red, "THIS IS PERMANENT" warning. Other than that, I'm happy with the stat reset option, and the hint of an alternate cloak.
Hahaha @ the "invisibility watch".
As I said on the steam forums, "This is some weird ass shit."
This worries me. The FPSRPG conspiracy is becoming more and more prevalent.
As someone said on the Steam forums, there is indeed such a thing as too much content.
Maybe it's only for the new gamemode?
In which case, I would be fine with it.
New weapons, different slots, different level weapons, Valve's warning of huge update for all classes.
It's a leap of faith. If you have the cajones to delete all your items you get the spy unlocks!
"DiscardExplanation" "You picked up this item but you don't have room for it in your pack."
"DiscardExplanation2" "Delete an item below to make room or press discard to throw your new item away."

I have a feeling it's simply going to be custom clothing to help players customize their favorite classes. Hey, they have to "compete" with Battlefield: Heroes somehow...apparently...
I'm not judging till I see what's up.
Football helmet for heavy could block baseballs.
I am going to have nightmares over the next release of Meleefort. I just know it.
Someone has to go to Valves office and repeatedly beat the employees in the face if they don't tell us what they're up too
TFTrue 3 anyone?
I don't know. Compared to TFC, TF2 is infinetley more approachable, if only because of it's simplicity.
Sometimes complex works (IE: Fallout, F-Zero). Other times, it doesn;t (Mario Bros, Contra)
What. The. Hell?
I just hope Valve know what they're doing.
