Moving KOTH Control Point Help

Hello, all.

I'm very new to Hammer and mapping in general (and I know that trying to run before I can crawl is not the best idea) but I'm trying to do some testing on an idea that I had- a Control Point that raises while you cap it and drops back to a base position when you don't. (Once it reaches the height of its track I'm going to have a train hazard kill the players, but that aspect seems simple enough. [They say, fearful.]) I'm trying to do this using what I've gleaned through looking through the .vmp for sd_doomsday, as it has an elevator built in, but I just can't seem to get the logic to work.

I've attached (what I believe to be) the pertinent files. If anyone can help me with this idea, that would be greatly appreciated! :)
