I have an entry, but I'm not gonna submit it until 10 September. I'll polish it as much as I can before I attempt to compete with it. :D

Its two of those orange grid lines, the orange ones are every 1024 units and visleaves are automatically cut there.
When you make a brush it tells you its dimentions in the 2D view just like when you make a selection. the cursor's position in the 2D views is also reported at the bottom of the screen

10 September. 8:00 GMT+1, I will follow the experiment live. There is indeed a small chance a stable black hole could form as I read. On the other hand, can't stop it, they are going to test it and there's nothing to do about it. I downloaded the safety documents on the CERN website and read through some of them. It's all theory's, nobody knows what's going to happen.

There was reason to believe the first atomic bomb would cause a chainreaction so big it would destry the entire world... it didn't happen

But it belongs in OT ;)

I'm starting up my entry tonight or tomorrow, I've been planning it out over the last few days.

I'm toying around with what I want to do for my 2nd entry. Hopefully I'll have something, if I'm not too distracted learning modeling or some other such silly thing.

I figure I might as well give this a shot. As I said in my intro post, my problem is seeing something through to conclusion before some other shiny idea draws me away. This should be concise enough to mean I end up with a finished result...
