Click "Streams" at the top of the forums, then click "Submit Channel" along the top bar just below that on the Streams page. We have to manually approve each submission, so it might be a little while before we approve it.
If this is your first time logging in after the migration (Feb 8, 2022), you must reset your password to log in. Follow this guide if you're having trouble
