For future reference, you only need to include the .bsp file in your downloads. Also, be sure to include version numbers in the filename (e.g. koth_larp_a1).
Anyway, first impressions:
dark as ass. As you can see, I'm also getting some serious framerate hits. (In retrospect I'm wondering if it's because of the sheer amount of high-poly tree props you're using.)
The area around the control point is very flat and open. Won't be much fun to fight in, I'd wager.
This is a little confusing:
what are modern-day vehicles doing in a medieval city in a Medieval Mode map? Although I guess you could say the same thing about the
computer terminals in DeGroot Keep, though that was less of a narrative thing and more just a visual gag.
Finally, minor niggle, but
reaching these health kits may prove to be a little annoying. Also notice some of the upstairs props clipping through the ceiling a little.
I will say though, spells in Medieval Mode are an interesting idea. I wanna see that in action.
