Koth control point not enabling

I'm in the process of making a map (new mapper) and its going well (its a koth map) , till i hit a road block. That being the Control point deciding that enabling was not in its best option. It had the voice lines for enabling, it just decided I'm not going to work. I've tried many tutorials on how to set it up properly and did it to a tea, but every time it said no. I went to valve's Koth map making process and it was not of much help either. Crash's tutorial didn't seem to work either. So that's what led me here, hoping someone could figure out the problem and tell me about it. Hope you guys have better luck than me.

The "trigger_capture_area" isn't set up correctly, you put "cp_koth_prop" instead of "cp_koth".
