Is there any way to allow players to suicide in halloween carts?

I want to add a cart section to a map I'm working on and it's really awful if players can't suicide to escape the zone if they hit a hitch or just want to respawn.
Even if I have to go through vscript I'd like to make it possible. Even sm_slay doesn't kill players in them. Addcond 82 to see what I mean.
