info_player_teamspawn is an Error instead of an engineer.

Hi,
I am having a bit of a problem with hammer where the entity (info_player_teamspawn) is an error. I don't believe it's a major problem but it is very irritating for me to continuously seeing error outside of the game. Anyway the picture shows what's happening and I do hope I can get some help with it. thanks for the help.

Do you have the ABS pack? If so, close all TF2 related stuff, uninstall it then reinstall it. If this is stock Hammer, again, close all TF2 related stuff, open Steam, then validate TF2's cache files.

Thank but none of these worked and yes I do have the ABS pack.

try and possibly find where the engineer's model is stored. something may have bugged out with it. Not completely sure though as I am using completely vanilla hammer and don't have too much models experience
