How do I put the Rick May tribute Statue in my map?

So, I am making a map for the first time, and I was curious as to how i'd put the rick may statue in my map. I have seen it in custom maps, so how would I do it? Thanks!

Just decompile a custom map that uses it and see what they did

The way the statues are implemented in official maps may seem a bit unusual. It's nowhere to be found in the VMF itself - when certain conditions are met, the game spawns an entity of the statue in the right spot.
