Should i use the trigger ot invisible texture to make it invisible?
You can use any texture you wish if you set the "Render Mode" of the entity to "Don't Render". If you don't feel like doing that though, the trigger texture won't make it invisible (the trigger will still be visible in-game), the invisible texture would work but I think using either the nodraw texture or the "Don't Render" render mode is preferable for optimization.
