How can i add video to the map?

i made a Primaprima instruction film for my map and i want add them to my map (being able to watch this video after joining the map)

old tf2 maps got those videos:
2fort
ctf_ and cp_well
pl_goldrush
cp_badlands
etc...

do anyone know how to do that?
i know i probaly will need .bik format video with 480-360resolution like the original has.

This tutorial is what you're looking for. I think it breaks if you pack it into the BSP though, so you'll need to provide it as part of a ZIP file.

thanks you man. also do you know any tutorials "adding text" under instruction audio? i have some troubles to make it.
