For exmaple, i have a prop which is basically a flat square platform. How do i "hang" its corners so i would be able to control a height of every corner of this prop. How do i set up bones or parent points? Collision with player doesn't matter

I think you need expand on what this is for or what you're aiming to achieve / have happen. First of by letting us know if you're talking about a physical (solid) or physics prop.

I have a prop that looks like a square of these stadium lights

I want to be able change its position by changing height of it's corners, like it's hang on them

Your attached picture isn't showing for me, its just coming back with errors. Maybe try uploading to imgur and editing your post?

In any case, I don't think you can have a prop be the child to multiple parent objects at the same time.

That's why you don't use the child system for this. You use physics constraints. Which work poorly in TF2 iirc.
