Hammer Is Fixed--- OR IS IT?!

    I realise that this isn't techincally TF2 mapping related but I thought you guys would be the best to ask. ;)

    Anyway, my TF2 Hammer (and the older Hammer for CSS and Ep1) appears to work fine after the fix, however, the other Orange Box Hammers (Ep2, Portal, and my custom Garry's Mod setup) are all still broken. Are they fixed for you guys, and if so, how can I make mine work?
    Otherwise, might I be able to copy the fixed files from TF2's Hammer over to the other broken versions to fix them?

    I heard you could fix the orange box hammer by starting it with -dxlevel 8, but dont ask me how.

    This thread on interlopers could also help.

    Has anyone actually been contacted by/has contacted Valve about this? They must know about the error by now...

    Exactly what error are you talking about? You've just said hammer is broken, which could mean anything.

    What Cameron said, really. It seems that all the errors that occurred in TF2's hammer before they were fixed recently are STILL occurring in the Ep2 and Portal hammers, broken viewports for instance.
