You can see through the progression of pictures how Radigan Conagher gets more and more muscular, begins to drink more beer, and his mustache expands. All signs of acute Australium poisoning.

While there is an achievement showing the toolbox up on the Engineer's shoulder, I believe the "oversized" toolbox (from a teaser picture a ways back) actually had the same number of handles etc. as the normal one.
