I think valve's improved a fair bit since the demo unlocks.
I agree entirely, but then again I feel the same about the demo unlocks as the scout does about rainbows.

That's probably what it is, and probably all there is worth knowing about it. Pity they put yet another payload map in a desert environment, but considering they're going up a Thunder Mountain Railroad-esque mine track I guess it's justified.
Why are you complaining about Valve-made Payload? Those are the best maps.

Theres a situational force of nature...
You don't seem to understand why people hate the FaG. It's because of knockback.
The FJ is nothing like the fan. I don't see why you wouldn't use it. Free and predictable crits are always beneficial. Though personally I hope there's a visual indicator for attackers that indicates that the next shot will crit.
maybe it replaces the shotgun? The Guitar in the achievements can't be a Wrench replacement can it? You can't feasibly upgrade a Sentry with a guitar... But then again if it's for a taunt you wouldn't be able to hide it either - It doesn't make sense.
The only thing I can think of is that having it speeds up building times (perhaps an area effect) to accommodate the offensive engineer and speed up other engineers?
It'll be interesting to see what it does if it is indeed a weapon that doesn't allow upgrading.
