Do you think that tf2 is the best valve game?

TF2 is my favorite game of all time so yes I consider it the best game made by Valve.
You can't talk about something being the 'best' without breaking it down in to separate categories like graphics, sound, value for money, expansion possibilities, storyline, replay value, etc. This is a silly poll that serves no purpose.
You could say TF2 is Valve's best work because it might bring in the most revenue. Or you could say Portal 2 is their best work because it's the most polished Source game yet. You could say Dota 2 is Valve's best work because of the massive, multi-million $ competitions. Why not even say Half-Life 3 is their best work because it's taking so long to release?

You can't really say whether or not Team Fortress 2 is objectively Valve's best game, since it's an entirely different game to Half-Life, Portal and DOTA (game engine notwithstanding) and it plays very differently.
TF2 is certainly my personal favourite Valve game. It appeals to me more than their other games overall and I have the most fun with it. That's my own subjective opinion. Do I think it's the best Valve game? Again, I can't say. Hell, I can't even say if it's their best multiplayer FPS since there's also Counter-Strike and Day of Defeat to bear in mind.

TF2 was their best multiplayer game, until they mucked it all up with a cornucopia of shenanigans.
I may be biased, but I still believe that their best game out of all of them is Half Life 2... taken as a whole that is, including both episodes as part of the package deal. HL2 and EP1 had decent cliffhanger endings.

But EP2's ending is both hugely emotional and a great wrap-up to that chapter of the HL saga. HL2 began with the introduction of the Combine on Earth, and both interim endings left them still "here" whereas EP2 ended with actually destabilizing the portal and thereby cutting off their access to Earth. As much as it sucks to be waiting so long for the continuation, it is actually a pretty good break point.
