New Industrial Ladder

Apparently there's not really any metal ladder props in tf2 except for the crunchy trainyard ones, so I added some to this pack. Also included the OSHA safety cage. All modular of course.

Unless I'm mistaken, I don't think you included the vtf files for the ladders. The vmt's are there, it's just the vtf's that are missing.
