everything is set up properly, its still butchering quality... it isn't working right. that what I mean.

its because your computer specs just flat out aren't capable of streaming and running hammer and/or tf2 at the same time. it could also be an issue with your internet speed, go to this website and post your results

Your downloads are 1.2 gigabytes per second? That's godmode connection, even gigaBIT connections are rare.

Regardless, your download doesn't matter. Your upload is what matters for streaming, check speedtest.net and tell us what your upload speed is. If it's <0.5Mbps then you basically can't stream.

also, mind you this fact also: my older computer had the same exact internet, and it was able to stream fine
