Yeah I saw an other scout without a hat too yesterday... weird.

I've also seen someone lose their hat. Or rather, I've heard someone exclaim "OMG I SHOT TEH HAT OFF YOU" or something. It would be neat if this happened regularily.

Upon close examination, this object appears to be a knife.

I love this because of how the Demoman and Sniper appear to be holding hands, while the Demoman is trying to take the Sniper away from the horrible murder scene caused by the Scout.
