A very frustrating cubemap bug

I've been using a lot of reflective textures on my map arena_crosstalk. After the final compile of B1, I noticed that the cubemaps are... slanted? In my B2 compiles, the cubemap rotation stays, and I've tried experiment after experiment trying to fix this annoying issue.

The checkerboard pattern is NOT supposed to be slanted like that, and it translates to when the cubemaps are built as well.

Please help! This bug is extremely frustrating and I need it fixed.

The issue has been resolved.

Of all things, this was an issue with my settings. the Shader Detail setting was set to low, which caused client-side cubemap issues
