you'll also notice in the graphs that the negative scale for the x-axis goes toward socialism and the negative scale on the y -axis goes toward Anarchism... so yeah maybe a political statement by the site?

I think it's merely that graphs are always laid out that way, and they kept "right wing" on the right.
